Wedding setup
From ceremony seating to reception arrangements, our crew prepares your wedding space using your supplied tables, chairs, decorations, and rental equipment. We follow your approved venue layout so everything is arranged according to your plan.
Wedding breakdown
When the celebration ends, let our team handle the physical breakdown. We disassemble approved furniture, organize decorations, consolidate rental items for pickup, and help restore designated event areas according to your agreement.
Post-wedding cleanup
Your family shouldn’t have to spend the end of your wedding cleaning. Our crew handles contracted reception cleanup, clearing tables, gathering decorations, bagging trash, and organizing designated spaces for venue checkout.

Step 1 — You order it
You select and arrange your tables, chairs, decorations, and rental equipment through your preferred vendors. You remain responsible for choosing and ordering the supplies that fit your wedding vision.
Step 2 — We plan it
We review your venue layout, rental list, guest count, setup requirements, event timeline, and cleanup needs. Together, we establish a clear written service agreement and customized quote before your wedding.
Step 3 — We set it up
Our arranged crew arrives at the agreed time to place customer-supplied tables, chairs, decorations, and other approved items according to your venue plan and layout guidelines.
Step 4 — We break it down
Once the celebration ends, our crew completes the contracted breakdown and cleanup. We organize rental items for pickup, gather approved decorations, bag trash for on-site disposal, and restore agreed spaces.
